3D Milling / Routing /
Prototyping / Engraving machines
Our wealth of 3D cutting knowledge
allows us to provide you with the right cutting solution to
accomplish your task easily and affordably.
Subtractive Rapid Prototyping (SRP) is one of the most
proven technologies to produce 3D parts. The latest flagship
from Roland DG Japan is the new Roland Modela Pro II,
MDX-540 Benchtop Milling Machine which is available in two
UK configurations that includes an interlock safety cover.
The MDX540 lets engineers and designers turn CAD designs
into 3D prototypes quickly and inexpensively from a wide
range of materials within the large build volume.
Roland CAM software SRP Player is bundled with the machine
at no extra cost, so all you need are your designs and you
are in business making your parts and preserving your
confidential designs. Building on the sucess of the MDX650
and MDX500 machines which are installed worldwide making
parts everyday, the new Roland Modela Pro II has been
released to give you more speed and acuracy al for less that
£15,000 (or £540 per month over 3 years). How much
do you spend on your prototypes and models per
month.
On a more econimic budget, realising your computer generated
designs is now even easier and so affordable with the low
cost Roland Modela MDX-15 and MDX-20 machines. Taking up no
more desk space than a 17" monitor, both these machines are
able to produce parts directly into modeling materials from
your CAD data, which is exported as STL or 3D-DXF. With the
included cutting software and six clicks of the mouse your
part has started to be produced with a capital outlay of
just over £1,995.00, which is just over £75 per
month.
Need to make parts in half the time the MDX-20, but the
MDX-650 is too expensive, then the extreamly popular MDX-40R
with rotary axis included will be what you need. Higher
accuracy, 15,000rpm spindle - the ultimate solution for your
desktop.
Jewellers rejoice, Roland has made the ultimate production
tool for machining wax parts. The JWX-10 offers a versatile
4 axis high precision milling device, that just plugs into
your 3D design CAD software.
Engraving and modeling of low relief work, such as signage,
panel work, architectural models etc., the EGX machines are
all round performas. The new EGX-400/600 are the ultimate
solution, however, EGX-300 is a good solution for smaller
parts and the EGX-20 is the entry level machine which can do
a substantial amount of work in soft matrials. All machines
are easy to set up and start making parts with our solutions
customised to your requirements.
Whatever your needs we offer these machines as fully
supported solutions.
